Job Summary

A travel company is seeking a Telecommuting Travel Reservations Support Agent in Southern California.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Research and response to customer questions and concerns
  • Offer alternate destinations or services to maximize their experiences

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of one year experience in positions in the area of customer service or sales
  • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications
