Job Summary
A travel company is seeking a Telecommuting Travel Reservations Support Agent in Southern California.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries while maintaining excellent customer service
- Research and response to customer questions and concerns
- Offer alternate destinations or services to maximize their experiences
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of one year experience in positions in the area of customer service or sales
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications
- Working knowledge of computerized reservations systems with the ability to trouble shoot issues independently from home
- Must meet Telecommuting Program requirements within California
