Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommuting Utilization Management Nurse Associate in Orlando.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Outreaching to patients to offer the program and completing telephone assessments
- Providing drug and disease education, copay assistance coordination, referral services, side effect management and adherence monitoring
- Outreaching to patients who are non-compliant with medication therapy and address barriers to adherence
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 0 - 10%
- Nursing/Licensed Practical Nurse
- 2 plus years clinical experience
- Disease Management experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
