Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Utilization Management RN Case Manager in Central Florida.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Visit members in their homes and/or other settings, including community centers, hospitals or providers' offices
- Provide a complete continuum of quality care through close communication with members via in-person or on-phone interaction
- Assist members with the transition from a care facility back to their home
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 50 % of the Time
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- 3 years clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health/hospice, direct care or case management
- Experience with Utilization Management
- Experience with Milliman or Interqual Guidelines
- This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease
