A vacation rental company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Vacation Rental Sales Director in Kauai.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Recruiting homeowners and properties with consultative selling
• Cold-calling, email marketing, mailing campaigns, and networking locally
• Leading local operations and account management teams

Position Requirements Include:

• A minimum of three years of consultative outside sales experience
• Proven track record of consultative sales success
• Experience with sales management systems (ideally Salesforce.com)
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
