Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Telecommuting Value Stream Manager and Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Establish data collection processes for measuring and improving key metrics
- Utilize visual management, value stream mapping, and other methods and concepts to improve work areas
- Facilitate and train teams of employees engaged in Lean and process improvement activities as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS Degree in biology / microbiology or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant experience including one year of direct Lean experience
- Experience developing and implementing training programs
- Experience and competency in electronic data management systems
- Experience managing small, medium, and large projects
