Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Vendor Service Manager in Oklahoma City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating work activities with call center vendors
  • Managing and bing accountable for professional employees and / or supervisors
  • Auditing monthly vendor invoicing and billing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Up to 25% travel including overnights
  • 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • 1 years of Vendor Management experience
  • 2 years of Leader / Supervisor experience within an organization
