Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Vendor Service Manager in Oklahoma City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating work activities with call center vendors
- Managing and bing accountable for professional employees and / or supervisors
- Auditing monthly vendor invoicing and billing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Up to 25% travel including overnights
- 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- 1 years of Vendor Management experience
- 2 years of Leader / Supervisor experience within an organization
