Job Summary

A retail company has an open position for a Telecommuting Web Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing structured development plans in transparent systems
  • Adjusting and optimizing budgets and sprint planning
  • Being in charge of all digital systems, integrations, the websites, and all budget/scoping/execution decisions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel to Los Angeles
  • 5+ years’ experience on a web development and ecommerce team, preferably with at least 10 team members
  • 3+ years managing a web development team budget
  • 5+ years’ experience as a leader of a web development group, team or sub-team
  • Strong experience with ecommerce, ideally Shopify
  • Experience with wireframing and website development
