Job Summary
A privately held mortgage-banking firm is seeking a Telecommuting Wholesale Business Development Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making calls on prospective and existing mortgage broker business partners
- Developing and maintaining individual relationships with mortgage brokers
- Informing brokers and associated loan originators about current products, programs, and guideline changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, development, or a related field
- Minimum one-year experience in mortgage related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage product guidelines
- Sales skills
- Ability to communicate and establish rapport over the phone
- Excellent human relation skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at different levels
