Job Summary
A pharmaceuticals is seeking a Telecommuting Workday HRIS Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports utilizing available reporting tools
- Recommending solutions or alternate methods for system issues
- Meeting with the heads of each HR function regularly to determine the current initiatives for each team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 25% Travel
- Working knowledge of HR practices required
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field required
- Experience in Configurable Security, Custom Report writing, and/or Data Audit required
- Lifting: 0-100lbs
- Data protection and privacy experience required
