Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Workflow Coordinator in Tempe.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting leaders with the day to day management of workflow
  • Monitoring and capturing the department's performance in terms of timeliness, quality, and other established metrics
  • Serving as mentor/coach to less skilled associates, and identifying as well as implementing process improvements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services environment (i.e. brokerage, banking, insurance, etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of procedures and systems associated with multiple functions on a team within a department
  • Working knowledge of the interfaces that affect the department's workflow
  • Must understand departmental and divisional service commitments and key measurements
