Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Workflow Coordinator in Tempe.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting leaders with the day to day management of workflow
- Monitoring and capturing the department's performance in terms of timeliness, quality, and other established metrics
- Serving as mentor/coach to less skilled associates, and identifying as well as implementing process improvements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience in a financial services environment (i.e. brokerage, banking, insurance, etc)
- Advanced knowledge of procedures and systems associated with multiple functions on a team within a department
- Working knowledge of the interfaces that affect the department's workflow
- Must understand departmental and divisional service commitments and key measurements
