Job Summary
A housing rental company is in need of a Telecommuting Yardi Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Set up databases, create account trees, create rollup rules, create custom reports, create entity structures
- Provide support to the organization on projects and processes as they relate to Yardi
- Deliver key support/help desk support to on-site and corporate employees for all Yardi related issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Required knowledge of Yardi systems
- Experience with ETL functionality
- Ability to troubleshoot and develop workflow processes
- Familiarity with accounting terms and processes knowledge
