Job Summary
A healthcare consulting company is in need of a Telecommuting Zoho Service Desk Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining User Groups and Permissions.
- Defining Task, Business Rules, SLA's.
- Configuring Standard Email Templates.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have a valid driver's license and carry the minimum level of insurance required
- 5+ years' experience configuring and building ServiceDesk Plus from User Stories, Workflows and Data Mapping documents
- 10+ years' experience working with Service Desk Tools in the industry. Minimum qualifications in terms of years of experience are ideal, not required
- Must have Zoho build experience
- Must have experience implementing Service Desk Plus with the history of implementations
