Job Summary

A healthcare consulting company is in need of a Telecommuting Zoho Service Desk Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining User Groups and Permissions.
  • Defining Task, Business Rules, SLA's.
  • Configuring Standard Email Templates.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and carry the minimum level of insurance required
  • 5+ years' experience configuring and building ServiceDesk Plus from User Stories, Workflows and Data Mapping documents
  • 10+ years' experience working with Service Desk Tools in the industry. Minimum qualifications in terms of years of experience are ideal, not required
  • Must have Zoho build experience
  • Must have experience implementing Service Desk Plus with the history of implementations
