Job Summary

Passionate about orchestral music, the part-time Telefundraising Representative will engage with renewing and past subscribers, ticket buyers, and donors of the New York Philharmonic, working remotely with flexible schedules and a focus on fundraising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to renewing and past subscribers, ticket buyers, and donors to promote fundraising initiatives
• Participate in a team atmosphere while managing a flexible schedule of part-time shifts, including evenings and Saturdays
• Receive comprehensive and ongoing training to develop effective fundraising and sales techniques

Required qualifications

• A passion for orchestral music and a strong desire to promote and preserve the New York Philharmonic
• Previous experience in fundraising or sales with a successful track record
• Strong customer service skills and a computer-savvy background
• Ability to articulate confidently and persuasively while maintaining a diligent work ethic
• Must be based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania
