Job Summary

Passionate about the Performing Arts, the part-time Telefundraising Representative - Ohio will engage with Guthrie Theater patrons to raise funds through persuasive communication, all while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fundraising calls to current and lapsed donors without cold calling
• Follow a provided script while maintaining an authentic and persuasive communication style
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance performance and productivity

Required qualifications

• Fundraising or sales experience is required; background in the Performing Arts is preferred
• Must have a desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, and a headset with a microphone
• Ability to work 16 hours per week during specified evening and weekend shifts
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or Ohio to be eligible for the position
• Articulate and persuasive with a strong ability to close sales and raise funds
