Telehealth Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center, requiring Saturday availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule virtual appointments for patients
• Support providers with referrals and authorizations, including follow-ups
• Conduct outreach calls and assist in new hire training for the Virtual Care Center

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a primary care or medical office setting
• Experience providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance
• Preferred completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited school
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
