Job Summary

To support the Virtual Care & Digital Health team, the part-time Telehealth Coordinator - On Call, Variable Shift, Remote will manage clinical workflows, coordinate provider participation, and facilitate real-time care delivery for telehealth services across multiple medical groups.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical workflows to ensure seamless telehealth operations
• Coordinate provider participation in virtual care delivery
• Support real-time patient care through effective communication with clinical teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of healthcare experience in lieu of the degree)
• 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience
