Job Summary

Supporting the Virtual Care & Digital Health team, the part-time Telehealth Coordinator - On Call, Variable Shift, Remote will manage clinical workflows, coordinate provider participation, and ensure effective telehealth service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate clinical workflows and support real-time care delivery for telehealth services
• Coordinate provider engagement and participation across multiple medical groups
• Bridge clinical care delivery with digital operations to maintain high standards of patient access and care quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of healthcare experience in lieu of the degree)
• 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience
