Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Utilize evidence-based clinical interventions to improve emotional and mental wellbeing of patients
• Design and implement goals that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes related to their GI condition(s)

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or relevant field
• Active license to practice therapy in good standing
• 2+ years of experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy
• Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with other care providers
• Comfortable and competent with using common administrative technologies and delivering on telehealth platforms
