Telehealth Nurse Educator (LVN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Educator (LVN/LPN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic intake services and document patient consultations in the EMR
• Provide sexual health counseling over the phone
• Review medication and treatment plans, and coordinate referrals

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Proficient with computers and technology (minimum 60 WPM typing)
• Experience working with the adult population
• Experience in clinical telephone triage and with EHR systems
• Current license to practice as an LVN/LPN; graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
