Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous and asynchronous consultations with patients diagnosed with cardiometabolic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications and lifestyle modifications

Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
