Job Summary

A company is looking for a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Provider PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients aged 18 months and above
• Document all patient care within an electronic health record (EHR) and ensure coordination with internal and external colleagues
• Work independently within a patient care team to prioritize tasks and advocate for patients

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license in one of the specified states (AK, AZ, CA, HI, IL, OR, MO, MN, MT, NM, UT, WA)
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• Ability to work autonomously and manage patient care effectively
• Proficiency in information management and technology
• Depending on the market, proficiency in additional languages may be required
