Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive care to patients, the full-time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing patient care in a 100% remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of patients' health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Manage ongoing patient care and follow-up through telehealth platforms

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited organization
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
