Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth organization, the part-time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT will manage patients' hormone health journeys through virtual consultations, treatment plan development, and ongoing monitoring while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations and evaluate hormone-related conditions
- Develop and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on laboratory results and clinical assessments
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credentials
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Experience treating both male and female patients
- Active NP/APRN licenses in at least 6 U.S. states
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
