Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth organization, the part-time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT will manage patients' hormone health journeys through virtual consultations, treatment plan development, and ongoing monitoring while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations with patients, reviewing symptoms and medical histories
- Evaluate and diagnose hormone-related conditions, developing individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary, maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credentials
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
- Experience treating both male and female patients
- Active NP/APRN licenses in at least 6 U.S. states
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
