Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT
Job Summary
To provide virtual care focused on hormone health, the part-time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT will manage patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing hormone therapy while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations and evaluate hormone-related conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for hormone replacement therapy
- Educate patients on treatment options and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credentials
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
- Experience treating both male and female patients
- Active NP/APRN licenses in at least 6 U.S. states
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
