Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Outreach Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and collect patient information for scheduling virtual appointments
  • Support providers with referrals and authorizations, including submission and follow-up
  • Conduct outreach calls and assist with new hire onboarding and training
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a primary care or medical office setting
  • Experience in providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance
  • Preferred completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited school
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred
