Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Outreach Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and collect patient information for scheduling virtual appointments
- Support providers with referrals and authorizations, including submission and follow-up
- Conduct outreach calls and assist with new hire onboarding and training
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a primary care or medical office setting
- Experience in providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance
- Preferred completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited school
- Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred
