Telehealth Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs in accordance with CMS
• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to support pharmacy staff in delivering MTM services
• Collaborate with CEC staff to maintain a high-quality and consistent MTM product

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PharmD degree with unrestricted licensure
• Minimum of two years clinical experience, including direct consultation experience
• Spanish-speaking is preferred
• Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
• Board Certification is preferred
