Telehealth Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a newly launched Clinical Engagement Center, the full-time remote Telehealth Pharmacist will conduct medication therapy management (MTM) services for commercial and Medicare members, develop clinical algorithms, and collaborate with staff to enhance health and wellness initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs in accordance with CMS guidelines
- Develop and update clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to support pharmacy staff in delivering MTM services
- Collaborate with CEC staff to maintain a high-quality and consistent MTM product and assist in the development of outreach programs
Required qualifications
- Pharm.D. degree with unrestricted licensure
- Minimum of two years clinical experience, including direct consultation experience
- Experience as a clinical call center lead is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
- Spanish-speaking is preferred
