Telehealth Pharmacist - MO Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance member health and wellness through tele-pharmacy, the full-time Telehealth Pharmacist - MO Licensed will develop clinical outreach programs, provide telehealth coaching, and support clinical resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to support pharmacy services
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to improve care coordination
• Collaborate with department staff to maintain high-quality clinical programs and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD degree required
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence
• Two years of clinical experience, including direct consultation experience preferred
• Experience as a clinical call center lead and as part of a multi-disciplinary team preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations preferred
