Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist licensed in FL, GA, NC, SC, or VA (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with documentation
• Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License in FL, GA, NC, SC, or VA
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
• Willingness to obtain PT licensure in additional states
