Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist licensed in GA, NC, SC, or VA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development using a digital platform
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with appropriate documentation
• Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License in GA, NC, SC, or VA, or Compact PT License-eligible
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
• Willingness to obtain PT licensure in additional states
