Telehealth Physician/Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice focused on weight management and metabolic health, the remote Telehealth Physician/Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual patient evaluations, review health data, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with care coordination teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
• Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for Physicians; Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) for Nurse Practitioners
• Licensed in multiple U.S. states (30+ state coverage strongly preferred)
• Prior telehealth experience preferred
• Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
