Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Program Manager (MA or NC-Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-state virtual IOP and PHP programs, ensuring alignment with clinical standards
• Provide clinical supervision and support professional development for virtual program clinicians
• Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor program performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) in MA or NC with at least 3 years post-independent practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical virtual care management or program leadership
• Proven track record in visionary leadership and team management
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms and Microsoft Office
