Telehealth Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive psychiatric care for children and adults with eating disorders, the full-time Telehealth Psychiatric Physician Assistant will conduct assessments, manage medication, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for patients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions
• Implement medication treatment plans and evaluate eating disorder-related medical risks in a telehealth setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and utilize between-session messaging to support patient care

Required qualifications

• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Physician Assistant
• Active license to practice in relevant states or willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
• Experience treating patients with eating disorders and related psychiatric conditions
• Commitment to providing evidence-based care and advancing clinical skills
• Effective communication skills with patients and their caregivers
