Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and support, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Arizona or Texas with multi-state/compact privileges
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must reside in Arizona or Texas
• Education: RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
