Job Summary

Driving patient growth through warm inbound lead conversion and proactive outbound outreach, the remote Telehealth Sales Representative will manage the full conversion journey, requiring consultative selling skills and persistence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Convert warm inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads
  • Engage potential patients through phone, SMS, chat, and email while educating them with approved messaging
  • Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize follow-ups, and meet conversion and activity KPIs
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales
  • Proven remote sales experience and comfort making 50+ calls per day
  • Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness preferred
  • Strong consultative selling ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Professional-level English communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems
