Job Summary
Driving patient growth through warm inbound lead conversion and proactive outbound outreach, the remote Telehealth Sales Representative will manage the full conversion journey, engaging with potential patients via phone, SMS, chat, and email while meeting performance-driven KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads
- Educate patients using approved messaging and handle objections with empathy and confidence
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and collaborate with care and operations teams for seamless onboarding
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales
- Proven remote sales experience is required
- Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness preferred
- Professional-level English communication skills and comfort working U.S. business hours
- Proficient with CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheets
