Telehealth Therapist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Therapist specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth counseling sessions for SUD and/or mental health disorders using the company's platform and EHR system
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, facilitating ongoing care through case conferencing and consultations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, operations staff, partnering providers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Master's level degree or above, with a current independent license to practice (LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD)
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth counseling
- Prior experience in substance use treatment preferred
