Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Triage Nurse (Remote) to provide nursing care and advice to patients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and health advice to assist patients in making timely medical decisions
• Utilize clinical judgment and protocols to determine appropriate care levels
• Document all patient encounters and maintain confidentiality in medical records

Required Qualifications and Education

• Completion of a recognized Nursing program
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active nursing license in California and a compact nursing license in the home state
• Previous telephone triage experience using electronic software is preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is considered an asset
