Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemarketing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, onboard and manage telemarketing sales contractors
Responsible for selling into and onboarding new users to the platform
Work directly with the Business Development Manager and other teams

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of telemarketing experience and/or managerial sales development and/or customer success
A quick learner with high energy
Experience with advertising/call management software (Dialpad) is a plus
Highly motivated self-starter with leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills
Feel comfortable with technology and ready to learn new systems
