Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner specializing in Lifestyle Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual exams, diagnose medical conditions, and recommend treatment plans
• Deliver patient care for common chronic conditions
• Communicate effectively with other providers and provide patient education

Required Qualifications:

• Current, active APRN medical licensure in a minimum of 15 states
• National certification in family practice through ANCC, AANP, or another recognized certification
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care, or urgent care
• Experience in Lifestyle Medicine, HRT, and/or Medical Weight loss
• Above-average technical troubleshooting and digital literacy skills
