Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telemedicine visits to assess stroke survivors for rehabilitation technology and write device prescriptions
• Evaluate patients for Principal Illness Navigation services and develop care plans as needed
• Refer patients to internal and external supportive services and document visit preparations and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a neurology or physical medicine setting preferred
• Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license, with a preference for Texas, California, or Illinois
• Experience working with stroke survivors is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
