Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support environment
• Experience working in a veterinary practice or understanding of veterinary operations
• Ability to quickly learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
• College degree preferred or a combination of post high school studies
