Telemedicine Physician - CA Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine initiative, the full-time Remote Telemedicine Physician - CA Licensed will deliver high-quality virtual primary care to patients across the United States during overnight weekday shifts, conducting assessments, managing chronic conditions, and providing preventive care through video visits and secure messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and wellness counseling
• Document tasks and communications accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and participate in clinical quality initiatives

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current, unrestricted medical license with active board certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency, with telehealth experience preferred
• Active medical licenses in at least one of the following states: CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and work weekends and assigned holidays as part of the regular schedule
