Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide evaluations and care for stroke survivors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine evaluation visits to assess stroke survivors for Principal Illness Navigation (PIN)
• Review qualifications for advanced rehabilitation technology and write device prescriptions as needed
• Coordinate care plans with external healthcare providers and participate in clinical meetings

Required Qualifications

• Multiple active state licenses, preferably including Florida
• Experience working with stroke survivors
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and organized with a focus on patient-centered care
• 3+ years of experience in a physical medicine or neurology setting preferred
