Telemetry Pipeline Specialist

Job Summary

To drive platform adoption and optimize data routing strategies, the full-time remote Telemetry Pipeline Specialist will act as a business and technical evangelist, partnering with sales and customer success teams to navigate data complexities in hybrid and AI-native environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in log management and observability, leading proof of concepts and demonstrating technical value
• Advise on telemetry pipelines and support cloud ecosystems while executing competitive displacement strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build pipeline through channels and maintain CRM accuracy for effective forecasting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or presales roles, with at least 3 years focused on log management or telemetry pipelines
• Deep understanding of telemetry routing and cloud-native ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and articulating executive-level value
• Familiarity with observability competitors like Splunk, Datadog, and Elastic
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
