Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage TeleNeurology programs to enhance patient satisfaction and care efficiency
Provide 24/7 supervision and support to the TeleNeurology team while monitoring operational performance
Lead team activities and collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows and training materials

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree with two years of healthcare operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated supervisory experience in a customer service organization
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
Four years of related healthcare operations experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare management practices
