Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage TeleNeurology programs to enhance patient satisfaction and care efficiency
• Provide 24/7 supervision and support to the TeleNeurology team while monitoring operational performance
• Collaborate with various departments to create optimal workflows and assist in training and onboarding materials

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of healthcare operations experience or equivalent education and experience
• Supervisory experience in a customer service organization is required
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare management
• Ability to manage a call center and assess operational KPIs effectively
