TeleNeurology Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing TeleNeurology program, the part-time Supervisor, TeleNeurology will develop and manage client-supported initiatives, provide 24/7 supervision to the team, and ensure operational performance meets key performance indicators while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate TeleNeurology programs to enhance patient satisfaction and care efficiency
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to the TeleNeurology team, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation
• Collaborate with various departments to create onboarding materials and optimize workflows for the practice line

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with two years of healthcare operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a customer service organization
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare management practices
• Experience in developing competitive advantages for clients in the healthcare sector
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant computer applications
