TeleNeurology Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance patient care and operational efficiency, the full-time TeleNeurology Supervisor will develop and manage TeleNeurology programs, provide 24/7 team supervision, and ensure optimal performance and compliance with key performance indicators in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate TeleNeurology programs to improve patient satisfaction and care quality
• Provide continuous supervision and support to the TeleNeurology team while monitoring operational performance
• Collaborate with various departments to establish effective workflows and onboarding materials for new practice lines

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with two years of healthcare operations experience or equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a customer service organization
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare management practices
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
• Four years of related healthcare operations experience preferred
